Every day at UHN–West Park, our skilled, caring team helps people to recover, regain their independence, and get back to the lives they love. We are often the next step for a patient following a serious injury or illness, helping them to prepare to return home safely and maintain their health so they can avoid another hospital stay.

That’s why we’re participating in the UHN Rally for Rehab presented by BMO on September 8, so we can Walk for West Park in support of research and high quality patient care at West Park Healthcare Centre, and raise awareness of the important role that rehabilitation plays in our healthcare system.
