Every day at UHN–West Park, people are helped by skilled, caring healthcare professionals to recover from serious injury or illness, regain their independence and get back to their lives, their homes and their families.
That’s why I’m participating the UHN Rally for Rehab presented by BMO, so I can Walk for West Park and raise money to support research and high quality patient care at West Park Healthcare Centre. On September 8, I’ll be walking with hundreds of others to support the vital work being done at West Park to help people on their recovery journey.
Rally for Rehab is a fun way to rally for friends and loved ones who have been impacted by rehabilitation, helping them thrive and reach their full potential. With generous support from donors, we are helping people get their lives back.
