To celebrate the life of Angelo Jeyanthan Rayappu, memorial donations are being directed to the Toronto General & Western Hospital Foundation.
Toronto General & Western Hospital Foundation raises funds for research, education and the enhancement of patient care at Toronto General and Toronto Western hospitals, as well as the Michener Institute of Education at UHN.
In memory of Jeyanthan's life, the family would like to support further research into Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) at the TGH, to help others like Jeyanthan receive the care they so need and deserve. The family thanks you in advance for your support.
