To celebrate the life of Caroline Legault, memorial donations are being directed to UHN Foundation.
Since the day of her birth, Caroline has required extensive care due to cardiac defects. For many years now, UHN and the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre have been pivotal to her care. Our heartfelt thanks are extended to the incredible team of doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals at the PMCC who participated in her care. Thanks to you, Caroline was given the gift of time. For that, we are eternally grateful.
UHN Foundation raises funds for research, education and the enhancement of patient care at Toronto General and Toronto Western hospitals, Toronto Rehab, as well as the Michener Institute of Education at UHN.
