Dear Family and Friends,

Thank you for joining the Feeling Yonge at Heart team supporting The Peter Munk Cardiac Centre's Arrhythmia Program under the leadership of Dr. Spears, a Cardiologist and Electrophysiologist at UHN's Peter Munk Cardiac Centre. This program will evaluate over 600 patients annually, provide comprehensive medical evaluation and genetic testing, and offer personalized care while unravelling familial and genetic underpinnings of disease. 

On Saturday, October 21, please join me on my walk from Yonge Street at Lawrence down to Front Street to honour the UHN Cardiology Team and support this important initiative that will help cardiologists focus on precision medicine for the right treatment, at the right time for the right patient with the ultimate goal in improving outcomes for people living with rare cardiac diseases causing arrhythmia.
